NSI stands for National Security Inspectorate. NSI Gold companies are required to meet a number of standards, including:

•Staff vetting to British Standard BS7858 – Ajar also complete NPPV3 and many engineers hold SC clearance

•Compliance with industry standards and codes of practice

•Regular inspections by approved auditors

Ajar Technology is a multi award winner and finalist in National and Regional awards for our commitment to educational outreach and people development.

We work closely with local Schools, Colleges, Universities and Community Groups to provide meaningful access to our sector, in order to future proof the digital workforce. This is delivered through work placements, industry insight days, internships and experience events.

Our T Level Programme for Digital and Business courses has seen much success with students from Cranford Community College and The Manchester College successfully completing their courses and moving onto Higher Education at University of West London, University of Westminster and Kingston University, as well apprenticeships with ourselves, Amazon, British Airways and Heathrow Airport.

Our Apprenticeship Programme includes Degree Level Apprenticeships and Vocational Qualifications with the end to end support of personnel as they navigate learning alongside employment.

We work in partnership with our local Chambers of Commerce in West London and Manchester, as well as supporting community groups such as Dance Clubs, Youth Clubs and Sports Clubs through sponsorship and mentoring.
